Front Desk

The front desk is the first thing you will see when you enter our hospital's main entrance. This is where you check your pet in and out. A friendly and inviting atmosphere awaits you and your pet, and our client services associates use both computers and folders to access your account.

Our digital scale is at floor level near our front desk, so patients can simply step onto it to be weighed when checking in for their appointment. We also have a message board for lost-and-found animals, general information, and upcoming pet related events. The ladies at the front desk can answer just about any question you might have regarding your pet. They can handle just about any topic, including everything from fleas and heartworms, to the kinds of shampoo that would best suit your pet.
