Rod Duncan, D.V.M.
Dr. Rod Duncan graduated from the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1972. Dr. Duncan worked with MRAH while attending veterinary school. After a stint in the Air Force, Dr. Duncan returned to MRAH in 1974. Today, he is an owner and senior partner of MRAH.
Dr. Duncan and his wife have three children, and share their home with their cats Merlin & Emmy Lou, and their two dogs Harley, a french bulldog, and Harris, a poodle.
Chuck Hurd, D.V.M.
Dr. Chuck Hurd is an Indianapolis native and Purdue graduate of the Veterinary school in 1986. Dr. Hurd has strong interest in internal medicine, clinical pathology, and surgery. He is a practice owner.
Dr. Hurd enjoys spending time with his wife, twin boys and daughter. They enjoy travel, fishing and sports. They share their home with Samantha, a boxer mix, and Leah their cat.
John Klarquist, J.D., D.V.M.

In 1997, Dr. John Klarquist enrolled at the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May of 2001. Dr. Klarquist worked at MRAH during his schooling at Purdue, and then came to practice with us after he graduated in 2001. He is a practice owner.
Dr. Klarquist and his wife Andrea have two sons and two cats, Emmit and Digimon, and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Scout.
Nicole Fletcher, D.V.M.

Dr. Nicole Fletcher finished her internship at the University of Florida in 1988. She joined Michigan Road Animal Hospital in 1997. Her primary areas of interests are opthalmology, behavioral medicine, and emergency medicine.
She has three children, a tabby cat named Lizzie, and a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog named Fitzgerald. She and her family enjoy travel, particularly to visit family in Florida and Wisconsin.
Alice Estes, D.V.M.
Dr. Alice Estes received her doctorate from the Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Dental Association, and is currently working to put together a pet therapy group of certified animals to visit nursing homes. She lives with her husband and two Labrador retrievers.
LeAnn Gustin, D.V.M.

Dr. Leann Gustin attended The Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. Her primary areas of interest are oncology, internal medicine, and surgery.
Like our other doctors, family is extremely important to Dr. Gustin. She and her husband David & their son William share their home with their two dogs Regan and Lincoln. She enjoys reading, watching movies, cooking, and being with her family and friends.
