Treatment Room & Intensive Care

You can see our intensive care ward in this picture of our treatment room. Pets who require IV therapy and constant monitoring are kept here, where a member of our staff is constantly watching over your pet in case they should need immediate assistance.

Lots of action takes place in the treatment room--typically multiple procedures are happening all at once. Jim is performing a routine dental cleaning, while Sarah, an extern from Purdue's Vet School assists Dr. Duncan with a procedure.

The layout of this room works great for our staff, who are always on the move, as it offers direct access to our laboratory (to the left), our x-ray nook (adjacent and to the right), our groom room (straight back and to the right), and our kennels (straight back). The hallway at the back of the room heads off to the left towards our surgical suite.
