Jessica Heck

Jessica graduated with a BS in Biological Sciences from Ohio University in June of 1996 with dreams of moving on to Veterinary School within a year or two. She moved to Indianapolis in 1998 and began her career at Michigan Road Animal Hospital as a Client Service Associate. She quickly fell in love with the hospital, its team, the clients, their pets, and her job of client education. She realized that client education & management were her passion and abandoned her vet school dreams. Jessica has been a part of the MRAH hospitals in a leadership role since 1999. She has been serving as Hospital Manager, Client Service Team Lead, and social media coordinator for our hospital since we opened in 2008. She is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, attended Veterinary Management School in Denver, Colorado, and is a member of the Veterinary Management Association of Indiana.

When she’s not at work you can find her hanging out with her family. She and her husband have two two-legged kids as well as Oliver & Jack - their two rescued kitty cat fur babies, and Vinny their goodest-boy-ever Boston Terrier. They enjoy spending time with their extended family when they aren't busy being band parents, and jeeping.
