Jessica graduated with a BS in Biological Sciences from Ohio University in June of 1996 with dreams of moving on to Veterinary School within a year or two. She moved to Indianapolis in 1998 and began her career at Michigan Road Animal Hospital as a Client Service Associate. She quickly fell in love with the hospital, its team, the clients, their pets, and her job of client education. She realized that client education & management were her passion and abandoned her vet school dreams. Jessica advanced to Client Services Team Leader a year after she began working at Michigan Road Animal Hospital and along the way has delved into other areas of the practice. She also plays an active role in practice management, human resources, web design & development, and social media. She is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, attended Veterinary Management School in Denver, Colorado, and is a member of the Veterinary Management Association of Indiana.

When she’s not at work you can find Jessica hanging out with her family at their home in Westfield. She and her husband Brian have two two-legged kids, Austin & Lily as well as Oliver & Jack-their two rescued kitty cat fur babies, and Vinny their goodest-boy-ever Boston Terrier. They enjoy spending time with their extended family and love to travel to see family who don't live in Indiana.
