Jim is one of the many friendly faces you’ll see working with your fur baby—he is one of our nurses, so he works directly with your pet and your pet’s veterinarian. Jim is also our Inventory Specialist-so he handles ordering, cataloging, and making sure we have what we need to take care of our patients. From bandages to saline and also the food and medications we keep on hand—it’s a big job and Jim is amazing at it! Your pets are in good hands when Jim is around.

Jim has been with our hospital since June of 2002 when we practiced out of one hospital on Michigan Road. He’s been with our 96th Street office since we opened in 2008. His career helping pets at our hospital started many years ago when he decided to switch out of the computer gaming industry & follow his passion for pets into the veterinary industry. We are so glad he did!

Jim enjoys spending time with his family on their farm, attending his kids’ hockey games, and finding clever ways to spend date nights with his wife when he’s not at the hospital. When they aren’t emptying the chicken coops of eggs or running around with their three dogs Stitch, Sokie and Roswell – Jim and his wife can be found at the local ice rink practicing curling or spending time with their family.
